The short version

Your results are saved to your account. Only you can see them. Delete your account and data anytime. We never share your information.

What we store

Your country, occupation, and travel details
Your prior interview details
Your mock interview answers and AI-generated feedback
Your practice answers and readiness scores

If you sign in, this data is stored in a cloud database (Supabase, encrypted at rest) so you can access it across devices. If you skip sign-in, everything stays in your browser's local storage only.

Who can see your data

Only you. Your data is protected by row-level security — no other user or admin can access your profile, answers, or scores.

AI processing

When you submit your mock interview for analysis, your answers and profile are sent to our AI service (powered by Anthropic's Claude). The AI generates your feedback and returns it. We do not log or retain your answers on our AI processing servers.

Anonymized data sharing (opt-in only)

You can optionally share your anonymized results to help future applicants. If you opt in, we store only: country, broad occupation category, travel purpose, number of prior denials, readiness scores, and interview outcome. No email, name, or identifying information is included.

Follow-up emails (opt-in only)

You can opt in to receive a single follow-up email 3 days after your interview date, asking how it went. You can disable this at any time from your account page.

Payment data

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card number, bank details, or payment credentials.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

Authentication

Sign-in is optional and uses Google OAuth. We store your email address for account identification only. You can sign in after payment to save your results to the cloud, or skip sign-in and use browser storage only.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from your account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you shared anonymized data, it remains in the anonymized pool (with no link back to you).
